It is famous because Queen Isabel &#8220;the Catholic&#8221; slept there in 1489, when she was on her way to sign the agreement in Baza for the &#8220;Conquest of Granada&#8221;. From such a distinguished stay, the cell in which the queen slept is still preserved, along with some of her personal items given to the community as a token of gratitude for the hospitality of \u00dabeda.
