Built by the charitable organization (Honored and Venerable Elders of El Salvador) as an asylum for incapacitated Christian elderly. Although the former hospital was founded in 1392, it was completely rebuilt in the 16th century. It is attached to the imposing rotunda of the Sacred Chapel of the Savior. With an unfinished appearance, it features a stone facade, a work by Vandelvira in Renaissance style with Serlian motifs and interesting light plays.
