Úbeda has a consolidated infrastructure of public services that guarantees the safety and well-being of its visitors throughout the year. In addition, essential services such as Firefighters and Civil Protection operate in a coordinated manner through the 112 emergency system, offering a rapid response to any eventuality in the historic center or its surroundings.

Mobility in the city has been adapted to facilitate access to its rich cultural heritage, combining public transport options and parking facilities. The Bus Station acts as the main link with other Andalusian cities, while the private vehicle has a varied offer that includes free parking in the perimeter, such as those of Santo Domingo or the Redonda de Miradores, and covered paying parking lots located in neuralgic points such as the Plaza de Andalucía. Recently, the offer in the historic center has been reinforced with the opening of new parking spaces managed to alleviate the demand in sensitive areas, allowing travelers to leave their vehicles safely and enjoy on foot the Renaissance jewels that define this World Heritage City.
