The purpose of this Portal is to make available to users, completely free of charge, all kinds of tourist services and information related to the municipality of Úbeda.

The user of this Portal must accept these conditions and terms of use, which are binding in nature, it being understood that the simple use of these pages implies the aforementioned acceptance in full and without any reservations. These conditions and terms of use will be valid indefinitely, and the Town Council of Úbeda reserves the right to modify them.

The City Council of Úbeda is the owner of all intellectual property rights of the contents accessible from the Portal. All rights and contents of this website are protected by the legislation on industrial property. All rights are reserved and therefore its contents belong solely and exclusively to the City Council of Úbeda. Access to this material does not imply in any way a license for its reproduction and/or distribution which, in any case, will be prohibited except with the prior and express written consent of the City Council of Úbeda, and in this case quoting its source. The tourist portal of the City Council of Úbeda does not use cookies, Java or JavaScript to collect personal information from users of the portal. Personal information is only collected through the use of email links or forms on the portal whose use is completely voluntary on the part of the users of the portal.

The collection of personal data of users of the Portal, will be carried out, where appropriate, for the sole purpose of improving the provision of services offered with the Portal, and will be preceded by the necessary information and request to users of the Portal. The processing of the data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, and will be included in a file duly registered with the Data Protection Agency. However, in certain duly justified cases, access to the corresponding site will require the user to provide personal data.

The portal of the City Council of Úbeda has among its objectives the full accessibility of its contents to people with disabilities or the elderly, in accordance with the provisions for the websites of the Public Administrations by the Law of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

Our pages, in their accessible version, have been designed and reviewed according to the guidelines defined in the document ‘Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0’ (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0), dictated by the WAI working group belonging to the W3C Consortium.

The objective of these guidelines is to facilitate access to the information offered from the Internet to the largest possible number of people. We have tried to achieve a coherent navigation throughout the website, following the same structural schemes on all pages.

Likewise, the information has been separated from its graphic presentation so that users can navigate through the contents at greater speed, disabling the downloading of style sheets in their browser.
