Church of Saint John the Baptist
Description
Also known as Cristo Rey or the Jesuit Fathers' Church. Built in neoclassical style, the church is integrated within the Educational Center "Escuelas Profesionales de la Sagrada Familia". The most remarkable feature is clearly its facade, a magnificent work by Francisco Palma Burgos. He began the project at the end of 1952, using limestone for its construction, in an extraordinary relief of over one hundred square meters.
