Description

Well protected under grade 3 by the PEPCH. 19th century. Neoclassical. Currently the Tourist Office. A two-part building attached to the Clock Tower on its right side, and to the Arab wall at its back. The building was constructed to house the butcher shops since the market was on the street where it has its entrance, Rastro Street. It served as the headquarters for the National Police Station and later the Local Police, and in 2014 it was readapted to become the Tourist Office.
