Old Town Hall Buildings
Description
17th century. Renaissance. It is currently the city''s Superior Conservatory of Music. The building follows the common model of public civil buildings from the Italian Renaissance, featuring a facade with a double porticoed gallery. The upper gallery was used for members of the council to attend events held in the square, and the lower gallery served as a meeting place for citizens, similar to the rest of the square which was also entirely porticoed.
